Bremen and the University Campus are well connected and easy to reach by car as well as public transportation.
by plain
From Bremen Airport ("Flughafen") you take the tram line 6 towards "Universität", crossing the city and passing by Main Station. Get out at the stop "Naturwissenschaften1". The journey takes 31 minutes. Tickets can be bought at a vending machine inside the tram (normal ticket € 2,80)
by train
From the train station "Hauptbahnhof" you take the tram line 6 towards "Universität". Get out at the stop "Naturwissenschaften1/Universum". The journey takes 13 minutes. Tickets can be bought at a vending machine inside the tram (normal ticket € 2,80)
by car
Take the expressway A1 to the exit "Bremer Kreuz" where you change to the A 27 towards Bremerhaven. Take the exit Bremen Horn-Lehe/Universität. Then follow the signs to the university. Parking on the university parking costs € 0,70 per day. Only coins are accepted.

Go back to the last street you crossed by tram (Enrique-Schmidt-Str.), turn left on it and walk 150 m. You will see SFG on your right. Go to the first floor and check in at the conference office . There will be a room to leave your luggage. Conference opening and the first keynote speech will take place in the "kleiner Hörsaal" (small audience) in what is called "Keksdose" (cookie box).
